We enjoyed a delicious vegetarian meal consisting of a warm spinach appetizer, a couscous dish, a tajine and Aminah (a warm and freshly prepared pudding dessert) along with red wine and lemonade with rose essence. The evening was rounded off with free Moroccan cookies. I recommend Bio Du Maroc!

Weiterlesen This was the only best dining night we had during our visit to Edinburgh. We booked for Sunday night, so we could enjoy live jazz as well as good food and wine, and it was great. The music was wonderful and after the booked combo there was an open Mike type jam that revealed the local talent. The food was good and the glass wine list was enough to satisfy our needs. This is a bar restaurant, so if you just want to come by for a drink, you can do that too.

Weiterlesen I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to leave a review to congratulate both the service and food that I experienced during my lunch at the Wernher Restaurant. Firstly, my partner and I were in a rush as we had an appointment in 1hr 20 mins. I spoke with Roynul and he said he'd see what he could do. The Wernher Restaurant is a very fancy high end restaurant so I anticipated this may be difficult to meet. However, Roynul managed to make it happen, which really helped ease our stress levels. Secondly, Sharon, she was really thoughtful and a great waitress to have serving us. We have a 2 year old and she was very mindful of this bringing out dishes for my son when we were ready, even if it meant he had his starter whilst we moved on to our mains, and asking us whether he would like specific condiments out of eyesight to save any potential problems. The food was great. Really tasty. The atmosphere was really nice although I'll give advice that taking a 2 year old to somewhere like this is a bit risky. It's a bit quieter than a standard restaurant so if the child were to shout complain (luckily ours didn't for once), it would amplify the situation. Overall, a great meal, great service and a nice setting to eat lunch. Again, thanks to Roynul and Sharon for the high level of service they provided.
