So we made a reservation for the...following Saturday night, last night, no one arrived until 20 minutes after 19:00 then another small family 10 minutes after that so it was still less than 1/5 full. We finished our meal in 40 minutes so I'm not understanding why they couldn't take us in last week.... On with the food, we both ordered chicken tikka masala (15 euros each) but I wanted mine spicy and my husband wanted it mild. Instead of bringing it as ordered, the waiter offered to bring me extra spicy sauce to add it in myself! It was definitely a completely different recipe and not the usual chicken tikka masala I've had, it had big slices of green pepper, big slices of onion that was mistaken for little chicken in the entree, and big slices of tomato but not in thick tomato based sauce. I'm not sure what it was but we paid, I was hungry and didn't ont like to waste food so I ate it. It was not good! My son had the butter chicken and it tasted okay except the chicken pieces were scrapes and again small portion. The naans were just okay, my garlic naan tasted no different from the plain and it was about 5 euros each. The prices were high, especially for what we got. I've had much better and cheaper Indian food in Paris!! However, it's still a tad bit more authentic than the other so called Indian restaurant in St. Louis that everyone raves about. Service was good. I will not come back due to the price, the food quality and the taste was not there.

Food took a long time to come out, and some of our party had to wait longer than others....My food was extremely spicy and they couldn't even offer me plain yogurt. I wouldn't bring my kids here as we always need to order them some plain yogurt. I would skip this place.

The fish are not of bad quality; but the sushi rice is not vinegary...and sweet, as it should be. But then again, I don't know how to judge the authenticity of sushi nowadays. Overall, the sushi here is OK at best I think I can make it better if I had the time and energy. We also ordered chicken skewers this time, and they were very good, although they were probably not home made. The rice that came with the skewers was not Japanese rice, which is fine; but it didn't look like it was made that day. The worst was their miso soup, which is definitely not home made. Imagine the powdered miso soup one can make at home by pouring boiling water only, you accidentally added 10x more water than instructed to. I haven't eaten in the restaurant for a while; but as far as I can remember, the ambiance was not very appealing. Their service is also not extraordinary. I definitely prefer to order a takeout and eat in the comfort of my home.

I have made 3 rounds for avocado salad with marinated tweezers, 2 runs for her huh. the cutlery and the tellers were all squeaky clean (sometimes you could wish in the Peruvian landscape). thanks again for their hospitality.
