01.05.2023 - 11:02Large vegetarian menu, freshly cooked. Well separated no smoker zone. From the outside it doesn't look like there's such a nice restaurant in the building. Very delicious carp daily also! Prices very reasonable.

25.04.2023 - 18:26Tapas type of starter was good, Steak-Tetar was “okay”. Had steak for main who had to be sent back because it tasted dry and bland. Replaces that with wild boar pasta, which also tasted Bland and pasta is not made at home or fresh. Overall bad experience and would definitely not return.

22.04.2023 - 18:02We waited to receive our order and agreed to take some photos for their Insta account, because were so enthusiastic about this place! Two of us bought the dinner, and two of us were gathering the dinner over the too good to go app. However, there was a glitter in the app so we could not say the order ID immediately. Instead of explaining where we could find one, the staff of this wonderful place shredded the door in front of our nose and cried to us and said we should find out ourselves. Then we called the support office, so we found what the problem was and gave the ID. There was no other in the line, but the staff cried that we did not follow instructions on how to stand in the line. Unfortunately, there were no instructions provided on site or online. I just checked it when they attacked us. In the end, we got a good part of the bad talk: a man who works there has tried to go out and scream, to say that: You must follow the rules (again there were no rules that were written down somewhere) and if you cannot find the rules it is your problem. When we asked him why they did not print out or at least write up these mysterious rules, he called that it is not his job and that we are free to leave. We were shocked! If we told him that he shouldn't treat the customers like that, this guy shouted: No one needs you here, I worked here for 12 years, and I don't care about the customer's opinion, so go from here! That's not the end! We started going and this guy called, don't shoot! And this is 2 days after the terrorist attack in Vienna, where some of us were literally almost shot! How rude must a person say that? I never expect to be treated in a special way. I always take the side of the service, I always leave tips, I never scream back (as I used to work as waiter and know how hard it is). But I will never visit this place again, and I will make sure no one I know will ever go there. P.s. the food was good, and the chips they gave us were just a few crumbs of Nachos remnants. Terrible.

21.04.2023 - 10:04Bread as Bread can be. Being German i like a good loaf. Living in Hong Kong even more i enjoy a quality bread when traveling in part of the world where i can find such thing. Gragger Cie. in Vienna is such a delightful...place where bread and other product are produced in an old fashioned way and baked in a wood oven at the premises. Entering the shop one immediately savours the szent of sour dough left to mature over an extended period of time to create the best possible outcome. The breads tastet during our stay in Vienna were crunchy on the outside, soft and most in the inside without being underbaked. The bread kept fresh for days not that it normally lasted that long, tasty as it was.... We had some buns and bread rolls too, as well as the Topfengolatschen , and curdfilled pastry made of enriched dough, like a croissant. Delightful they were too. Can 't wait to return to Vienna to taste the products again. Just as a side note. For a whole bread i pay here up to some 5.00 'ish Euro, in Hong Kong where i live i pay 30 Euro for a good bread but not of that standard.... I definately should reconsider! The baker in the shop selling his products was happy to inform in detail about the craft involved in creating these fantastic breads. One could feel and taste that this guy loves whats he is doing!
