Service was good but staff a bit busy during our visit. We had the usual asian orders of green salad, gyoza and spring rolls. We then had curry chicken, Tom yang soup and fried chicken. Food was delicious and authentic the flavours . Servings were moderate in size and prices were mid range.

Service was extremely slow (we waited 20 mins for drinks and 40 mins for food) and the waitress was very unfriendly....I never experienced anything like this before. One person in our group didn 't order food, which was commented: What? You don 't order food? . Also we were never asked, whether we would like to order more drinks or food, or whether we are happy with our meals. The food was good, apart from the fries, which were too salty and too soft. Conclusion: ok food, horrible service, too expensive for what you get we will not enter this restaurant again.

Weiterlesen Das ist ein großartiger Ort. Nicht, weil man wegen der touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten nach Itigen (9 Minuten außerhalb von Bern) reisen möchte – dort gibt es kaum etwas zu sehen. Sondern weil man eine moderne, gute Schweizer Küche genießen will. Das Genussreise befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Fabrik im Bahnhofsgebäude. In der Küche arbeitet ein Team junger, enthusiastischer Köche, die ihre Gäste mit exzellenten kulinarischen Kreationen verwöhnen und jeden so behandeln, als wäre er ihr einziger Gast. Wie herzlich sie sind! Doch hier geht es nicht nur ums Essen. Die Weinkarte beeindruckt mit einer exquisiten Auswahl überwiegend italienischer Weine. Raffael, der charmante Küchenchef, verbringt viel Zeit in Piemont, der nördlichen Region Italiens, die einige der besten Rot- und Weißweine der Welt hervorbringt. Er kennt dort alle Winzer persönlich und teilt seine Begeisterung gerne mit den Gästen. Ich habe das Erlebnis sehr genossen und werde sicherlich wiederkommen.

Weiterlesen 9 people booked: 1.5 hours to serve for starters, 2 missing. but they were great and we were not discouraged. after 2 hours, 1 main course did not arrive until others were finished, 2 rice pages never served. rind meat bulgogi was very fat and not...recommended meat quality was not great and no breast meat. many dishes sadly disappointing. on the positive service staff were polite and friendly. experience with the long waiting period, missing dishes and meat quality for main dishes was negatiw overall. Eat would be more beautiful if breast meat was used in chicken dishes, and better meat cuts for bark meat.

However, we did not enjoy paying CHF 7 for an open 7 dl bottle of tap water, which the restaurant bottles itself and which...the server brought open to the table (see picture). As a Swiss, I am ashamed at this borderline fraud. Please stop doing this. Either sell a commercial water bottle and serve it properly (open it at the table), or give out tap water for free. This is not acceptable.
