It tastes like there is a chef attempting to follow Thai recipies but it's all wrong; dull flavours, sugar masking what is supposed to be Thai spices and simply below average in every standard dish. It tasted like bad Chinese food failing to masquerade as Thai food.

Weiterlesen Beautiful decor, fast and helpful staff and an excellent experience in a picturesque environment. There were some vegan options and more vegetarian options that could be changed to vegan. I ended up with the onion rings as a duck and vegan special, Tofu Tikka Masala for main. All the others in my group were Allni and went for different decisions. We all agreed, the food was delicious and more than enough for one. I went home the next day. We decided the next time we order dishes to be divided instead of a meal. Highly recommend Base Camp Northcote for casual or special occasions. I chose this to celebrate my birthday. The only bottom, with 9 of us, we felt a little cramped, but quickly came over as soon as the food arrived. Base Camp Northcote is a small jewel and I will certainly be a 'go to' destination for many as they are for all, omnis to vegans and are happy to change dishes if possible. It seems that nothing is too much trouble.

Die Pizza wird mit Mozzarella gemacht, was, wie wir feststellen mussten, hier in der Region nicht üblich ist. Deshalb schmeckt sie sehr gut. Nette Bedienung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

It is the best Indian restaurant in Melbourne and would always recommend. Homely and good service.
