Weiterlesen We ate in the tents that were quiet. The restaurant itself was of course noisier. We ate the Ensalada Caprese and found the mozzarella fabulous, the tomatoes less so. Of course they are out of season. Our Lasagna was wonderful. The next day I realized I had used the wrong credit card. I called and explained, and they were so courteous. They canceled the original fee and recharged on my preferred card. The next day I got a call from them who assured me they had made the card change and that the cargo I could see on my original card will fall away in a few days. I would say that more than the extra mile go to make a customer happy.

Weiterlesen We go to this restaurant often. Tonight’s experience might be the reason we don’t come back for awhile! Service was horrible and they kept saying it was because the waitress was new but yet they gave her lots of tables all over the restaurant. She never had a smile on her face and acted like she was doing us a favor waiting on us. Never came back to see how things were or if we needed anything after we got our food. We asked for dessert menus and order coffee when she handed us the dessert menu and when she brought the coffee, which by the way was cold, she didn’t even ask what we wanted for dessert just walked away. Food was just mediocre this time. Panini Grill if you continue to hire people like we had serve us you might as well close your doors now!!

We were a group of eight and had a simply wonderful time there. As usual Roland was there making sure everything went smoothly. It’s always a pleasure it at our favorite restaurant.

Heute habe ich Pizzen abgeholt, aber diese waren leider nicht gut. Der Schinken und der Basilikum waren verbrannt. Der Geschmack war sehr enttäuschend!

Eigentlich alles echt gut Leider waren unsere Stühle jedoch so stark durchgesessen,dass wir bereits nach wenigen Minuten starke Rückenschmerzen verspürten. Auch... Auch ein Wechsel brachte nichts,offenbar waren mehr Stühle als unsere davon betroffen. Auf unser diesbezügliches Feedback merkte die Bedienung an,dass das bekannt sei und Ende des Jahres komplett renoviert werden würde. Das half uns nur leider nichts,wir konnten nach dem dadurch kürzer als geplant ausfallenden Frühstück beide kaum noch sitzen und die Rückenschmerzen blieben uns den Tag erhalten. Also: Empfehlung,aber erst nach Renovierung und Austausch der Stühle!

Wer in ein Porzellanrestaurant gehen will, ist hier falsch.
