Weiterlesen Dec 30,2016 evening my family went to celebrate my nieces 3rd birthday and the waitress made a mistake with the gift cards that were being used to pay for their immediate family. The manager (Taylor) came and said the cards had zero balance then came back and said the gift card reader was down so my brother said he'd go back tomorrow to pay when the machine is working, she was yelling at him that she's calling the police if they try to leave without paying, Taylor (the manager who claims to be trained) was the only person yelling. Others at the table realized the waitress accidentally used the gift cards on their bills so the waitress apologized and fixed it. My brother asked for an apology from the manager for her behavior and she again began yelling saying she won't apologize that they were being aggressive to her and again said she's calling the police. My nephew who is 10 left in tears thinking she was going to physically harm someone she was so aggressive and had the male kitchen staff come out and"stand up"for her unnecessary aggressive behavior at a table full of kids. I am shocked and mortified this would happen anywhere that claims to be a child friendly establishment. She needs to be fired and I'm going to do my best to make that happen.
