Weiterlesen I had breakfast here several times , with the Radisson Blu my residence for 5 nights. They call it “ super buffet breakfast “ , well I won’t call it super , but it was indeed a good buffet selection. I liked the salmon, cheeses, breads/ pastries and the hot items like the poached eggs, thin crispy bacon and sausage. They even have the make your own orange juice option , and the Bloody Mary style drink concoction. Aside from the sumptuous buffet you can also order a la carte from their own menu. The favourites of mine are the French toast and omelette. Rating : 5 starsI had a welcome dinner and I noticed the service to be quite slow. Making things worse was that the supposed to be rare and special Monk fish turned out to be just average for me. Maybe we should have ordered something different. I have included photos of my meals.

Many options , but sad to say the items are more of a miss than hit. We shared on fish and chips , carbonara , chicken curry , cheese pizza and fish stew among others. Nice thing though is that the staff are mostly polite. Better stick to ice cream and snacks instead.

Buffet breakfast choices are sufficient enough, served fresh and of high quality. It is a mix of cold and hot dishes. Service was polite and on cue.

The petite blonde lady server handling our table was not only lovely , she is really smart and very professional in approach. We had a remarkable dinner experience. Food was delicious. We made the right choices. Great cuisine. Fine ambiance. Polite service. Highly recommended.

Drinks are included , from wines , sodas, juices and coffee. The breakfast buffet can be considered a highlight when staying at this Hyatt Regency . Tasty , and of high quality, even though choices barely change , I look forward to having my first meal of the day in this restaurant. From their croissants, Pain Au chocolate , madeleine, crispy (or soft) bacon and their cheeses. The salmon , hummus and peanut butter made from a machine are worth the try. Aside from the airy ambiance, the staff are attentive as well.

One enters offering roses to the gentleman to give to their ladies. Then comes the food , as recommended by them to our tour group. From the tomato and mozzarella pasta to the chicken and potatoes. Cooked al dente. Tastes good , liked the sauces they used. And servings are quite huge , it is hard finishing the meal. The dessert of ricotta cheese and chocolate was a different take but the staff proudly claim this is a regional specialty. Enough said.
