Weiterlesen I went for the beef ribs. They’re pretty scarce these days as other BBQ places have stopped serving them. They were absolutely to die for and surpassed my expectations. Ditto for the Brussels sprouts. The pork back ribs were very good but not at the level of the beef ribs. Lovely to see the wide array of side dishes more than any other barbecue place. The brisket I did not like at all. It looked rather anemic and bald with no crust or smoke ring on it. I passed on it. What was very annoying about this place is that as soon as we arrived, we were told by NO LESS THAN 4 DIFFERENT STAFF that we had a 2 hour seating limit. We arrived on time for our 5:00 table and were first seated at a claustrophobic table near the washroom with a fire extinguisher at my elbow. I asked for another table, and was told “we’re completely full tonight” though the place was half empty at 5:00. I insisted, and we were given a better table. We were then told again by the server and other staff about the 2 hour window. Really irritating. We ordered at 5:05 but our food did not come to the table till 5:35. In my opinion, that’s when the clock should start ticking! In summary: outstanding beef ribs, Brussels sprouts, fries. Will be back!

Weiterlesen We were regulars before covid came for the delicious brunch served daily until 15 o'clock, as indicated on their menu. with female servers we had no problems, but before, if we are regrettable to have the male Chinese waiter, he can. something that is difficult..if it is near 15 pm. oh, no, too late, you can't have brunch> so we make sure we arrive at 14:45 clock. today this server was beyond rude. it was 10 minutes to 3 and my friend was still parked and I said I wanted to order eggs benedict and he gave me that too late, so we came and it is not 3pm. he explained that he had to insert the order on the computer before 3pm. I wanted the eggs benedikt, but I didn't know if my friend did. the server as said ok, I'll get the order through, but not into the kitchen. I asked that they shouldn't make it until my friend comes to the table and we can change it? yes. then my friend arrives at 15 o'clock and the waiter runs over.....We confirm that we want the eggs benedict and he wants with speck and I want with spinat and goat cheese and no muffin (gluten free.) so the server goes into a cockspin. You can't! he said we could change the order. then he threw the menus on the table and said: now I must take the eggs benedict home and he marched out. we were beyond embodied as he did please us by even tilting to wait for us. we felt upset. there is no excuse for rude behavior and the customers feel harassed as our debt. I did it. like many other customers, he'll be gone. previoulsy we had recommended this to the friends and visitors of the city. ten minutes later at vi vetha we enjoyed our eggs benedict and saewberal filling coffee from an adorable and charming young waitress.

Eating was excellent. had gluten-free options. when they say they have fresh seafood, they have fresh seafood! ambiance was sweet. the view of the sea was breat... We ordered a large platter of appetizers. This platter arrived, looked amazing, all kinds of items, some with...sauce .....but no plates. We had to ask for plates, and then they brought them. I ordered a beer, and was given a bottle of beer....I had to ask them for a glass. Perhaps the server was just inexperienced, but they need to work on customer service in this regard. Plus, we were there early, and were the only diners. It was a bit weird to be sitting there eating and the staff are standing or sitting there, watching you eat! This fells uncomfortable for the diners. These are all small shortcomings, but someone needs to teach the staff how to be more appropriate in dealing with customers, and then this place can truly soar, as the food was great. . .
