Saranello's - Wheeling

Overall disappointing visit. I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant and booked a table with friends for my Wife’s Bday. Initial service was good, then dropped off. Ordered an app that they ran out of and then they changed it for a more expensive app without telling us. Then my friend ordered Lasagna, which is pretty much a staple for an Italian restaurant and after 30 minutes, the server came back and told us they were out of it. How do you run out of lasagna? Then we get the bill and they added a 9 covid up charge that wasn’t taken off even though I asked so we just paid the bill and left. Too many other good restaurants in the area to go to for the we paid.

Our server was fine. But an hour wait for our food?? Nothing offered for our wait

As usual a favorite stop before going to the Marriot Theater. Never disappointing! Great waitress.

Very accommodating. My steak was ordered rare and came overdone. The server waws quick to offer to take it back and a new one prepared. the menu used to include a play special which we all miss.

The food was not tasty; only the dessert was more or less good. The service is disgusting. All 3 people were poisoned. it's a terrible experience I don't recommend anyone to go there. The service is terrible. The waiter is not professional.
