Waited over a hour for food that never showed up was never given refund and never ate. Disgusting ignorant management staff. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Everything from the location to the food to the service was bad. The ribs were particularly NOT GOOD. They looked grey and appeared to be boiled then painted with BBQ sauce. Very chewy and gummy. Inedible. Not recommended.

We reserved a big table for our hockey team at 5 pm. The food was served at different times and my meal never came, even after reminding the waitress and the manager multiple times. By 6:30 pm, I informed the waitress that I wanted to leave so I could eat at home instead. Despite this, I was still given a bill for my son's kid's meal. This experience greatly disappointed our team dinner and we strongly advise against dining at this restaurant.

Service is slow, orders get messed up and the food quality is below average. The ribs were especially bad. Boiled and barely finished in the grill with some bbq sauce on them. Gummy and disgusting. Sent the ribs back and they came back the same way. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.
