Schnitzel Works - Ottawa

A really good meal. If you like schnitzel (or indeed Eastern European food in general) you will not be disappointed here. The only thing lacking was a large beer to wash down the delicious large meal. Just be aware this place has unfortunately limited hours, so plan a visit when they are open.

Excellent schnitzel selection based on interesting international suggestions from the very nice server, very vibrant restaurant in an unexpected area of Ottawa.

The building that houses this restaurant is so tiny it's hard to imagine that it has chairs and tables. The inside is a surprise roomy enough but slightly dated Unfortunately, the desserts are out in the open great for promotion but not the most sanitary. The food itself is plentiful and very nicely prepared. Servings are large so be prepared to take home leftovers or better still share at the table.

My husband and I have been here a few times. Love the food , large portions. Very friendly staff. Best Schnitzel I have eaten in a long time . Our new favorite treat place. Just wish they had longer hours. However we understand you can only work so many hours a week , they also need me time
