Casa Espagne - Limoges

Seemingly a very popular restaurant in the centre of town. Lunchtime menu gave good choices for all three courses. Prices were competitive the food was very good, wine superb, both by the glass or full bottle, and the service was friendly and efficient. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because one of the slices of pork loin was very undercooked. The writer offered tovreplace thus but we didn't bother as the portion size was OK without. My seafood paella was excellent, lots of prawns, mussels etc and really tasty. The nougat glacé for dessert was also superb.

Lovely little place with great relax atmosphere. Honest food and great wines. Good advice from the owner about wines and food. You can go there for a full evening wine and dine or just a glass of wine and a bit of cheese.

Always a good mood and many peoples! Nice wine for aperitif ! For starters you can have nice plate of cold cuts and after go for a restaurant When weather is ok peoples are smoking and drinking in front of it talking together

Une parenthèse ibérique au coeur de Limoges et ça fait du bien !!!Accueil parfait des patrons. Un couple charmant.Déco comme à la maison il y a 40 ans et vraiment sympa.Tapas variés et copieux. Vins excellents. Belle selection de Rioja.Bref on a passé une excellente soirée !

Invités à une soirée d'anniversaire, nous avons apprécié vins et tapas malgré le peu de place qu'on nous a offert au comptoir. Le problème est arrivé au moment de la note : le patron est visiblement fâché avec les mathématiques : nous avons payé 60€ pour 2 ( ce qui fait cher pour 2 verres de vin et quelques tapas) alors que d'autres convives n'ont rien eu à régler !!!Manque de sérieux et de respect pour les clients si ces derniers ne sont pas des habitués. Une chose est certaine : nous ne remettrons plus les pieds dans cet endroit où visiblement, le tarif est à la tête du client.
