The Saigonese - Lethbridge

Price is fair for the good portion, will fill up an adult man. Service is great , convenient location located on mayor magrath Dr with dedicated parking. I judge a pho place by its dac biet (menu item #60) , and this place is very authentic. Would highly recommend

Me and my girlfriend always come here! The pho is amazing, and the complementary bean sprouts add to any dish. My glass is always full of cold water and the service is great, usually get checked on 2-3 times. Bathrooms are clean, sometimes it’s a wait if the place is really busy. I’ve never had a bad experience here!!

Best soup around alberta, and better then most soups I've had while being a resident of Vancouver over the years... Always substantial amounts plus very consistent I've ordered other items off the menu and I'd say still the best around. Awesome spring rolls and fresh rolls. Charbroiled pork is perfect each time.. On the outside the place doesn't look so so good, but the service and quality cant be matched in lethbridge or anywhere in Southern alberta.

Went into saigonese and had amazing salad rolls with charbroiled pork and the number 41. And it was deliciousss. On point flavor and fast friendly service. The waitress Krissia made us feel at home. Will definetly be back : We love this restaurant! We have tried other Vietnamese places and this one is by far the best. The staff is so friendly. The food is amazing, it definitely has the umami factor. Their charbroiled pork is the best! I also love their Tom Yum Soup! I highly recommend this restaurant. Dinner is great there. Lunch is busy but they have Vietnamese subs, yummy!

I have to lead with the admission that the Com bo kho was absolutely spectacular. The huge bowl of rice that came with the overflowing bowl of beef deliciousness helped to cut down the considerable spice of the dish which was delectable in every way. Even though each swallow brought a considerable back-burn it was worth every tear to experience such perfectly balanced and scrumptious flavors.The restaurant itself is very modern and quite clean, and dining here is an absolute pleasure... or at least it would be if the staff didn't look like they were all heading for execution in the morning. Rarely have I seen a staff which is as unanimously morose, bored, uncaring, offputting, and borderline hostile to the clientele as the employees you will not have the pleasure of knowing at this restaurant. Great way to ruin what would otherwise have been a wonderful dinner, staffers. Hope you will be collecting unemployment insurance soon and have your jobs filled by individuals who actually have a clue what customer service is!
