Chick-fil-a - Frederick

I went to the curbside service three times and it was a nightmare and one time I sit there for 30 minutes and no one came to my vehicle after signing in. they said they made a mistake with my order. My suggestion to anyone not to go to Chick-fil-A curbside service it is much quicker to go through the drive-through. And it depends on what line you get in, sometime the people will be talking and just don’t care and you will sit there for a long time. With the curve side service, two times out of three visits my order was incorrect and the food was cold.

Closest box-fil-a location where I live. service and order accuracy is reliable and employees are courteous. I had great experiences with the drive thru, delivery and lock order.

I went to chikfila last Wednesday and had a terrifying time. I was in the play needle and a little child took a poo and when I went down the slide it went into my mouth. then I sat down to eat and my chicken sandwich bag had dodo colorings on it, then after I opened the bag, my chicken sandwich was green and the pickles were brown

NEVER EVER AGAIN…. The holiday traffic was horrible. Drove and hour with a disable child to pick up an order. Half of the order was missing when I got home. Took me another half hour to get someone on the phone. After I explained the situation I was told I would have to drive back to the store for a refund. Never got a sorry and the person I spoke with on the phone seemed more annoyed than I was. Chick Fila will never get another dollar from me again.

Always a great experience. Other than biting into fat in your sandwich, been happening more and more often. Might want to take a closer look at chicken prep. Workers are always great, place is spotless, food is great. Sometimes the fries are soggy from sitting so long but it's still good food. So glad Mt Airy is getting one too!
