There was a 30 min wait. Not bad being a Friday night at 5:15. The inside looks clean and a well placed layout. The beer was cold. Outside of that I have nothing good to say!! The service was very very slow. Once seated our server was very slow or was just not paying attention. I would give sympathy as it was very busy. BUT I counted 9 severs and a maximum of 30 tables. It took 15 minutes for my beer to come AFTER my food was delivered. When it did get here she said it was the keg. We were sitting across from the bar. We watched them pour multiple drinks out of the same tap including the beer that was mine. When our food arrived my wife?s food was missing the chicken. The only meat on the dish. How do you forget the meat? My kids Mac and cheese was Kraft Mac and cheese. So we paid for box macaroni. I ordered the steak fajitas. I got no more then a 4 oz of steak. You can get more meat asking for steak and onions with some free tortillas on the side. In the end for the price of the food combined with the service we were given. I?m giving this place a low rating. We will go to the Hen and the hog next time.

When you call, you have no idea if you 've called the right number, as they answer the phone Hello... You ask if this is China Royal, and someone who sounds VERY young answers yes, what do you want . You 'll place your order, give them your number and they hang up. No, thanks, bye, see you soon. Nothing. They just hang up on you. If I had another option in our small town, I may take it.

Weiterlesen I'm a fan of Mom Pop restaurants, especially. I always like to find those I haven't had. We decided to try this little place in the heart of Southern Paul for brunch. It was busy when we arrived... without open tables. It is a small restaurant... limited seating can be expected. Anyway, we haven't waited for a table for more than three minutes. In addition to the kitchen staff, only two ladies have run the dining area/front counter. They moved nonstop... and... still managed to keep up with frequent coffee refills for us. The menu was typical diner tariff...and... the prices were fantastic. The food was good... and... soon after our order. Portion size was very fair for the price. There is also a decent ala carte menu. I added a single pancake to my order. It was very delicious... probably my favorite part of the meal. The parking lot is small... and... fills quickly. There are plenty of parking nearby, but so... no problem. This is not a Frills decor with cute decor... and... many ripe plants. It seems a favorite with locals also so many people there seemed to know each other. I'd definitely hold back when I'm back in the area. Very groundy.

The staff is obviously, genuinely dedicated to upholding those standards. I am so happy that the Cobblestone Cafe is still around after so many years and pray that it continues for many decades to come.

Weiterlesen This is a popular Mexican restaurant of mine. We appreciate the friendly service of the staff and appreciate the extensive and authentic menu. We often sit on their parking terrace when it is warm enough to dine outside. The Texas Fajitas are a wonderful menu item they must have a really hot grid, because the shrimp, chicken and beef are always seriously thought.
