It tasted like veal unlike the other places that taste like breadcrumbs. Cooked perfect and served at the perfect temperature. No oily taste like the other places too. I would imagine this is a very hard dish to prepare the correct way and they did it perfect. The side potatoes were prepared perfect as well. If I am ever in Salzburg again I would be back for the schnitzel.
