The hours here are a crapshoot. They were closed at 1:30 on a Saturday night. I was one of maybe 5 cars that sat in line only to find out it was closed. What a... When they were open, the frappe and ice cream machine being turned off at night really takes a lot of the incentive out of going here. Sadly, the Dr. Pepper we got was flat. The woman who served us was very warm and polite, but that was it. It's hard to tell if you'll be more disappointed if they're open or not. Not a good place to be as a business.

We waited over 45 minutes from checking in to receiving our food. When we inquired as to where it was we were told “4 more minutes”, but no apology offered. Whe... When it eventually arrived, the lentil burger was very ordinary and the tandoori chicken pizza...fell well short of expectations, with what tasted like BBQ sauce the only discernible flavour. If staff know that service is going to be so slow then these customers would prefer to be warned.

I came to the store and ordered a fish package... clear how photographed) it's $11. But I asked the fish for mummy... She said this is an extra dollar... I agreed, though I thought it was strange because there was only a 50c difference between the two fish on the menu. I'm coming home and my card is $13.21. I guess the .21 is a fee for her EFTPOS that I'm okay with... what I'm NOT okay is the overload. For a meal that should have been recharged at $11,50, photographed per menu board) ... I was charged $13. The real shame here is that the meal was really good. The fish was tasty, the chips were tasty... it was beautifully presented.
