Weiterlesen We were beaten to dinner on an evening. little we knew that reservations would have been wise, as there are very limited seats. while we waited for our table, we wandered into the picturesque village of rothiemay and enjoyed screaming the local cemetery for our ancestors. when we returned to the hotel, we sat and treated ourselves to a wonderful evening of wonderfully prepared fresh meals. our waitress was a shady and when one of us requested a tiny rehearsal of heggis, she returned with a full portion for everyone to try. we were quite surprised how good the haggis was (we never had it), and it was quickly eaten by all. it was a very relaxed, pleasant evening with the wonderful staff at the forbes arms.
