I’ve been to this place since it open and his service is definitely a memorable one.

Weiterlesen Il cibo è anche decente, tutto il resto pessimo! Ci siamo seduti alle 21.45, ordinando dei wrap e delle patatine fritte. Le bevande sono arrivate dopo 5 minuti, le patatine dopo mezz'ora e i wrap dopo ben 1 ora e 30, e neanche tutti insieme! Praticamente un servizio a rate, abbiamo dovuto mangiare i panini con le patatine ormai congelate e bibite calde. Come se non bastasse poi, uno dei wrap era anche sbagliato, ma per non rischiare di aspettare un'altra ora non abbiamo detto nulla. Visto che dovete aprire una sede a Milano, vi consiglio di pensarci bene, perché con questi presupposti la vedo nera.

Weiterlesen We are regular customers of the south side Kyoto (the one by University) but we happened to be downtown so we decided to go to the downtown location. Six of us order the dinner bento box and we were all very disappointed. For one thing, the bento costs $4 more than the south side location (but for the same quantity of food). The teriyaki chicken and tempura batter was super super thick and wasn't very good. Sashimi was okay though. The south side location also allows you to order all salmon sashimi but this location charges you extra for the substitution.Next time we would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to get to the south location. Definitely a better chef there and the prices are better too.
