Weiterlesen The cafe was mostly empty so we decided to sit in the conservatory area where we could see our bikes We had cycled) On finding a table we began to sit.... when suddenly a booming voice came from a woman who was sat at another table eating. She walked towards us telling us very loudly Not to sit, as the table needed cleaning .... Covid etc It was embarrassing, being yelled at infront of other cafe customers..Oh! She actually works/owns the cafe. Yes. in fairness we had moved a cup or two to use a table. But her customer service/communication skills need a lot of improvement! She went on to complain that her breakfast was now cold and would need throwing away. NOT a welcoming visit. The cups that our coffees arrived in where awful.....stained and the glaze scuffed off...... The only plus to this visit was that our meal was cheap and the coffee was hot.
