While tasty, it was the size of the head of my fork, barely a mouthful. If I order dessert, I expect a full dessert, not a sample size.

The dirty rice felt like a lot of meat including meat in the cake. It was good. My table enjoyed their meals, the crusts looked particularly delicious. Service was great, but we were the first customers when they opened on Wednesday, so it wasn't busy.

Weiterlesen My husband and I had a delicious meal at Maglieaux's tonight. My entree was a chicken breast stuffed with crab meat and he had Italian Sausage Cannelloni. Both were tasty and filling. The cream sauce on both was spiced perfectly. The bread pudding was to die for. The bread texture was light and the cream sauce was perfect. It was light and creamy and did not overshadow the bread. The service was fast and attentive. Our server, Shelby, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable about menu items, she had a very pleasant personality, she checked on us several times during dinner to see if we needed anything and we had a nice brief conversation with her after dinner. The restaurant has an outside seating area overlooking Natchitoches's beautiful river. I highly recommend Maglieaux's Riverfront Restaurant.
