The beer was terrific and inventive; the pizza was fresh and tasty; the staff were friendly and genuine; and the ambience was eclectic, relaxed and a lot of fun. It was great value for money. All around highly recommended! My only word of caution is that the direct route walking from the S Bahn Reepberbahn station to Ueberquell (and other interesting bars/restuarants nearby took us through a dubious and poorly lit pocket of Hamburg that was adrenaline inducing in the dark. Going home we pursued the the slightly longer walk to the St. Pauli U Bahn :
