Both the lo mein and the chicken wings are good every other time I get them, however today , the lo mein was VERY oily and the chicken wings had way too much pepper. I was not satisfied as a customer with the taste of my order. I hope my order is prepared right next time.

We are Diamond members and the free 24hour shuttle was a huge plus! Indoor pool was also something we were looking forward to since there is a heat advisory. So far the only thing this hotel has going for it is the nice looking lobby and free 24 hour shuttle. Our room smells so badly of old cigarette smoke. The access panel to the pipes in the bathroom was open and rusted. Carpets needed to be replaced years ago. No cookies when we checked in. A snack bar that had been thoroughly picked over and seemingly not restocked in a few days. And the pool is apparently closed till Monday. We luckily only booked one night here because we weren’t sure if we were going to stay in PHL for a day and do some sightseeing or not. And I’m extremely glad we did. I couldn’t even sleep because of the stench. Go else where!
