When we talked to our server about it, she went to her manager, who's solution was to send her back with new syrup, giving us the line that her manager said it's just the taste differencebetween maple syrup and butter nut. When we went up to pay, our server cashed us out and we told her our problem had been withthe spoiled butter, not the syrup so she got the manager, who was clearly annoyed with us, and very rudely said he'd go throwthe butter out. The experience cost $60 bucks. Like so many others, we're NEVER going back. It's this level of service (orincompetence, call it what you will), that has Ihops going out of business across the country.

I would recommend going here after 11pm. They charge you an additional 35% ontop of what the menu states the prices are as a convenience fee . I get they have t... I get they have to pay graveyard people more but that is the cost of doing business. I highly doubt the extrafees go towards paying employees more anyway. This procedure has just made me not even want to go to hardees at all even evenI 'm not being charged a extra 35% fee.

They get paid the same amount and have to work a management job where they notonly have to do there own work, but constantly work the front desk filling in for people dealing with hundreds of customers Aday, having there boss think they can do 2 full time jobs for one and then get fired because they couldn?t keep up with doing 2jobs in an 8 hr day. It?s just lovely

The first time we came here we had the honey roasted pork belly as an appetizer and then the braised beef short ribs and the chili lime salmon, and holy cow. The salmon was just a touch dry but the flavor was still great.The pork and the short ribs were incredible. The second time we came here we just had a couple of quicks bites off the tapasmenu (baked brie and sesame tuna) and those were amazing as well. For the quality of food and ambiance, the prices are prettydarn good. Will definitely be back for more!
