I'm a regular at this branch and it is not the first time that I waited there more than 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by one of the staff, I see them laugh... Weiterlesen I'm a regular at this branch and it is not the first time that I waited there more than 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by one of the staff, I see them laughing having conversations and arguing in the back while there always is a line up.Today I had to literally scream and get someones attention both screen the drive thru were empty so I don't understand why I had to wait and the people behind me had to wait.Tim's u need to step it up lol 1/10 customer service.
