Weiterlesen My husband and I had lunch in the garden at the rear of this Cafe last week, it was my husband's first visit and he was delighted with the ambience. We found several items on the menu we liked, in spite of dietary requirements (gluten free) and ordered at 12.03pm. At 12.50 I asked a waiter to check on our order. He returned and asked what we had ordered. He disappeared and after a further 15 minutes our food was brought out. It was delicious and we enjoyed it. However, the fact that we received no apology for the fact that our order was obviously overlooked left a shadow on our visit and we went elsewhere for coffee and cake afterwards. The people running the cafe need to be more aware that an apology goes a long way and would have given them a further order on that day. Had an apology been received I would have given this venue a higher rating.

One of the best meals I've ever had. We had the degustation and chose our own wines. The waiter explained degustation is chefs choice but checked any dietary no-no's and off we went. Every dish was sublime! The portions were a good size, not just a morsel, but limited carbs so we didn't fill up too quickly. Attentive staff but not intrusive or pushy with the drinks. We finished with the dessert trolley and a chat with the chef. Am so glad we found you, a true gem in Perth. We will be back!

That's a normal wait in most places we go ~though the casino grill takes heaps longer . My pasta dish was nice and both were huge serves . Hubby had the Marinara and enjoyed it . He gave me his mussels which were ok . I would go again but not order the Marinara)
