Our pizza came out later when we expected that they already realized that the manager who was his name Matt came and decided that it would come out of our bill. This customer service was spectacular, I work in the service industry and the fact that he offered to take off the bill and gave us a voucher for our next visit was unheard. This guy definitely knows how to run a restaurant. He saved the waitress to explain her table and offer an unpleasant experience, but he also prevented the customer from getting angry before it happened. That's what you call a restaurant manager, not only am I coming back, I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
