Bruynswick Inn - Wallkill

What a hidden jewel! We drove past a few months ago and I insisted on coming for a visit. It is such a pleasant experience! Great romantic location and attentive service. Can't be better if the owner is the cook! A variety of foods. There is also a bar area. Very recommended for all occasions!

My family has been here for 30 years for holidays and special occasions. Although it's a bit expensive. It's worth it. They have a very talented cook that takes extra Ssu in his preparation. There was never a disappointment. The owners live on site and remember their customers with names. Your personality welcomes everyone at the door. The staff is very friendly and the service is right at the point. We will continue this facility as long as it is open.

This is a good place. It's strangely comfortable, like being in a grandma's house. It's not rushed, it's not fancy in a classic sense. The food is delicious and well prepared, but there is nothing innovative. The wine list and beer selection isn't so great (the only real flaw, I guess), but I don't think it's trying to be that. This is a comfort food place, and it does it well. Don't be in a rush, you won't get to eat the baked brie in phyllo!
