It’s a first impression and I was very concerned about the rest of the experience. Fortunately we had an amazing waitress Julian and the food was equally amazing. That first experience almost made us reconsider our dinner choice and was going to go across the street to the Waldorf. Glad we pushed through. But you need a new hostess!
