In the case of songs we as regular customers noticed straight away a huge difference in the taste of...the food. (Now poor) we have tried on the rare time since to see if the food has recovered but sadly no. It's ashame to see the place quiet but when you cut corners and the food becomes cheap, reformed meat and not home made, what do they expect

It had nothing to do with waiting because the burgers are freshly cooked and it is always worth waiting. The problem was the fact that we were completely demolished with the toppings. I paid £1,50 for just one thin piece chorizo, it was pretty embarrassing really. Again with the bacon we had a small piece of bacon and then the halloumi was a little joke, it was shocking. Back in previous visits, the burgers were loaded with toppings, but honestly, it was pathetic. It's a shame because only last week I had organized the team at work to go there for a meal because I told them it's the best burger around. Now I have to find somewhere else because I don't want them to waste money, which seemed like a child's part of a burger.

When we were seated it took quite a while before our waitress came to take our order. We ordered our hashbrowns with onions. Instead we received it with cheese and ice cold onions! The bacon was way undercooked so had to send it back for further cooking. The potato pancakes tasted like they were made with old grease. Once we were done with our meal it took quite some time to get our check. They must have a new cook and the wait staff needs to provide better service. The last few times we have been there we have not had a good server. We don't hold the waitress solely responsible but we did notice that the regular manager was not there today. I guess if we go back, we'll need to request a specific waitress that we know will give us good service! Very disappointed today!
