Cono Verde should be exported to more places in the world ! I thought Giolitti in Rome is the creme de la creme of italian icecreams. No I know it has a sister in Pavia: Cono Verde. SPIB´s pizzas have a super thin ground layer, a super crunchy ring and are covered with a wide choice of ingredients generously I may add. You are never alone here because the locals love the place. Come early (7 p.m. or have your hotel call them for a reservation. The waiters speak sufficiently good english and are very friendly. Prices are moderate. The owners work in their restaurant and so do 3 more pizza bakers to cope with the high demand. You can choose from a few wines or try the beer from Sardegna, from where the pround owners originate. Bravo Aldo, Massimo, Omar and Valentina, Luigi, etc. I have attached the menu (as of october 2019 . Sunday closed.

Weiterlesen We stayed in the AC Hotel Alcoy next to the Alzamora Shopping center and were looking for a decent, moderately priced restaurant. We were very fortunate to have found just 150 m away the PastaManía Restaurant, a Pizzeria with a rather large portfolio of meals ranging from excellent Tapas, Salads and of course Pizzas, Pastas and Meat dishes. We decided for the Escalope with Roquefort sauce: Excellent choice very tender high quality meat prepared to the style we asked for. The price was very reasonable, service friendly and the restaurant interiors very nicely designed interior design highlight of Alcoy. Bravo PastaManía.

Chance to find a barstool/table is higher than in other well frequented bars. We ate their a few times. Would come back.

All in all we found Boutade a good choice in the restaurant busy Calle Consistorio just a few meters from Plaza Arenal the city center with a large underground parking which costs only a symbolic price during the weekend.

Open from breakfast to late night. We ate their a few times and were always satisfied. The OREJAS (pig´s ears) as a free gift from Jose the waiter were well meant but are not my taste, try the MIGAS (breadcrumbs) instead. Free chips with drinks after 6 pm. Beautiful view at the Plaza Mayor and locals The menu is quite extensive and we enjoyed a wide choice of meals. Worth a visit !

It tasted excellent and the waiters were very attentive and knew their profession and recommended the wines that pleased us. Cumplidos !
