Weiterlesen So many people had raved about this place so we were keen to try it. Service was slow on what was a busy Friday night. There was a long line for take-aways as well as full tables everywhere. Food was fine but the service let them down. They have an annoying habit of bringing out only one of the dishes ordered. And then we would wait for the others to arrive. It happened with our entrees and then again with the mains. One main was served. 10 minutes passed but the other orders had not arrived. We flagged a waitress and asked about our meals. She went to the kitchen and hey presto, they were delivered immediately. It was obvious they were sitting in the kitchen and no-one bothered to serve them. The only time the service was efficient was when a young guy started clearing our plates whilst we were still eating!! They clearly needed the table for other customers. As I said the food was good but the service really did spoil our visit.

Weiterlesen This is my girlfriend's favourite restaurant and she finally brought me here, I'm so glad she did. We got the Florinian platter for two and an EPSA soda each (the orange and blood orange). The Greek salad, pita, tzatziki dip, and fried cheese were exceptional. The pita was warm, fluffy and a little crispy, the tzatziki was tangy and cool, the cheese was funky and salty, and the salad was crisp refreshing. We had gobbled up everything else by the time the meats came out. They were a bit underwhelming, quite bland compared to everything else we just had. We were still really happy with our meal because of the quality of everything beforehand. On our way to pay we saw the freshly made filo with custard and just HAD to get a slice to take home. We had it later that night and it was also phenomenal. The location is a bit bright and noisy but that's absolutely not the restaurant's fault and honestly you don't notice once the food is brought out. The service was fast and polite and the food was great value being about $35 per person for drinks, side dishes, mains and dessert. If you love Greek food then this is a must eat location in Brisbane.

( nothing wrong with small portions) lol. Service was good. Fish cake is awesome. And my Pad Sew Ew was tasty, and fresh. Will visit again.

Weiterlesen KFC's fries - 'the nation's best fries' or something along those lines - aren't short of competition, but for the best part usually are good value for that claim, at least matching those from top competitors such as Macca's or Red Rooster etc. <br> Shockingly, this order - two large fries, large gravy and coleslaw - falls well short of the mark. First up, there's lumpy gravy, then there's fries which are so short of the top of the box that you are looking at 20% loss over two packets. <br> Seasoning is nice and the coleslaw delivers, at least. The service was also polite and efficient, with the usual red carpet supplies of spoons, serviettes and refresher towelettes, but if chips were in short supply, a quick 'We will have fresh chips in 3 mins, they'll be a short wait' would be welcome. <br> No apologies would be needed for this, and you can understand and be sympathetic to the staff having to work on a public holiday, but customer wise, the end deal is terrible servings that are well off target and lumpy gravy, all at a whopping $16.44 to boot. In conclusion, with quantity, quality and price all found wanting, a very poor KFC experience.
