The whole place reminded me of Madison in the 60s and 70s!

Weiterlesen We had two of their savory pancakes for take-away: the Chien tête en bas (a pancake sandwich with sausage and vegan cheese) and the Moldu (pancake with smoked carrot and homemade vegan cheese). They were both delicious. The pancake dough is vegan by default, and 3 out of 4 savory pancakes are or can be easily made vegan. The burger and sweets are vegan as well. I contacted them in advance for a special request, and they were very helpful. Hopefully someday they'll become fully vegan. That'd make me come again to Caen.
