Die angenehme Lage außerhalb des Flusses lädt zu einem Spaziergang danach ein, auch wenn man den Fluss vom Restaurant aus nicht sehen kann. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Rauchen im Außenbereich erlaubt ist. Ein Mann rauchte eine Zigarre während seines Essens, und alle acht Personen an seinem Tisch rauchten Zigaretten. Das habe ich in der Schweiz leider schon oft erlebt – ein Land mit zu vielen Rauchern. Es ist so schön, im Sommer draußen zu sitzen, aber die Raucher verderben das oft.

Wir gehen hier in der Gegend nicht oft auswärts essen, da wir ein kleines Kind haben und die meisten Restaurants in diesem Teil der Schweiz Kinder nicht besonde... Dennoch besuchen wir dieses Restaurant ab und zu sehr gern. Die kleine Stadt ist wunderschön, und nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Burg oben genießen wir hier ein schönes Mittagessen. Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreicher als das übliche Schweizer Angebot, stets gibt es ein Kalbsgericht und frischen Fisch. Auch die Fleischgerichte sind eher ungewöhnlich. Der Service ist freundlich und die Bedienungen waren sehr nett zu meinem Sohn. Die Preise sind moderat. Ich kann das Restaurant empfehlen.

Weiterlesen Very beautiful location, as the building is surrounded by mountains and it is visible on a beautiful small valley. the interior of the restaurant is quite simple and perhaps a bit too modern and cozy, which gives a little cold feeling. the customer service was nothing special, not really engaged, but besides not complaining. we talked about eating, we were 3 people and chose from a list of 2 preset menus. we chose 1 menu without meat, 1 single first plate, and 1 complete menu, the appetizers, 1 first plate chosen by the customer between 3 types of first dressed (they also give the possibility to order 3 smaller first dishes to taste a bit of everything at the price of 1), and 1 second plate that was a kind of meat from a list of 3 different ones and to finish one. it was our first time in la collina del cavaliere and I can say that eating was quite good. I tried 3 different flavors that should be smaller than normal, but they were not. each plate was large and full. my complete menu would have served all 3 of us and could make us happy at the price of 1. the restaurant is famous for the size of its portions and the quality of eating, in which did the food that could serve them for a single meal 3 persons. the very interesting and special feature of this place is that they offer on request of the customer free container to store the food contained in the plate to take away so that they can eat it at another moment. I personally appreciated the chance to bring their delicious ravioli to home. I give 4 stars and not 5 only because of the cold feeling I got when I came to the restaurant, but with regard to eating, 5 stars.
