Unfortunately with lockdown both in the UK and a stricter one in Australia they were not allowed to travel. Now that restrictions are lifted they arrive in the UK this Sunday. I contacted Robbie at the ramblers rest. Explained about the voucher which was out of date, and it was down to the pandemic. I asked if he would honour the voucher. He bluntly said, NO I was very disappointed and expected more from Robbie. So I have been left with a voucher costing over £100 that I can 't use. You would hope that they would have been more understanding especially after the pandemic. It is a shame because the good memories of staying at the ramblers rest in castleton now don 't don 't mean anything.
