Weiterlesen Typically it is a sufficient experience, my only complaint is the drive thru is almost always long and SLOV. I was in the car drive tonight for about 25 minutes. (I have 2 Cheeseburger a ?shake) and there were only 2 cars in front of me b4 I to the speaker. They tend to make some mistakes on my order regularly, but they are always fast to fix it and are kind when I complain about it!

There was a guy trying to check out and his cards kept getting declined, the guy that helped us get our order together (we didn?t get his name sadly) pulled money out of his own pocket gave the change to the guy to keep. It was one of the kindest things we have seen I wish we got his name because he deserve recognition for this. There are still good people in this world. And I hope the company takes the time to figure out who it was. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 though just because our cinnamon bite pretzels were cold and the cold hot chocolate drink wasn?t very good which I know isn?t the workers fault but the pretzels could have been fresher.

I paid for food. I've called all the phone numbers that were released to the Restuarant and have called the resturants several times since. I have not received a reply or refund. I paid for food I never got!

THEY FORGOT TO PUT OUR SALADS IN THE TO GO BAG. THEY DID SAY THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED. FOOD IS GOOD BUT WE PICKED A BAD NIGHT TO GO.
