Jack in the Box - United States

Given the state of the food service industry I have to say this has been a pleasant experience the last couple of weeks. Despite it being after 9:00 p.m. and the shortage of workers and the abundance of customers I order was made correctly, which I almost always get something specific, it is hot not to mention the fact that the drive-thru lady was very pleasant. Thrilled that there's a Jack in The box still open between work and home. Can't praise your staff enough as a person who has been in the food service industry for 25 years!

We had to get to our destination fast as our other appt ran over so all five of our orders were fixed fast and we're accurate. We enjoyed the food and made it to our other destination with time to spare.

Had actually the worst service and burnt onion rings I've ever had in my life.

Well here it is I have tried a lot of Jack in the box s. But this one in ofallon il is terrible ill never go again

Food's always cold, 20-30 minute wait, rude workers, and to top it all off..... a big ass hair in my Taco. Never again.
