Weiterlesen Cute little cafe with good breakfast. They have bar seating along with booths and tables. Service is really good, food was good and the atmosphere is nice. This is my second visit. My first time was in 2016 before I was serious about reviews. Both experiences were good. Today I had the Hungry Native: eggs your way, bacon, ham or sausage, one pancake and choice of toast, grits or hash browns. I substituted the latter for an extra protein. The breakfast was great! My scrambled eggs were super fresh, bacon was crispy, the sausage patties were perfect and the pancake was fluffy they syrup tasted like it had a hint of berries. Unconfirmed, but very good. $20.08, without tip, and I had leftovers to take back to the condo. Recommend this place if you’re looking for a good breakfast.

Weiterlesen Been going to Browns for years and it has its ups and downs. On this occasion it was disappointing. The MC wanted to seat us very close to another table when the restaurant was mostly empty and was miffed when we asked to move. It took a while to place our order and while the food was generally good, the (expensive) steak was over cooked. It wasn’t good value bearing that in mind and my maxim “could have done it better at home” applied on this occasion. The waitress was excellent though. Hopefully it will all be ‘up’ again next time.
