This is one of those unique finds, small and tucked away a bit with a very talented owner/chef. I've tried to sample her wares years previous but she was always closed when I went by. This year she was open both times I walked by. I was first introduced to butter coffee. If you haven't had this yet it is a flavorful experience. If you can get it here, please do so. Food was pretty much amazing for lunch, breakfast may even be better. She makes about six kinds of butter, you can order a sample flight of all of them. I had a croissant with chicken and chard that was simply outstanding. We also tried a quiche, a style all hers, so good. The next day we tried a soufflé rolled in pastry that was a ten out of ten. I also had a garden salad with a butter/berry dressing that was fresh and delicious. I usually prefer my chicken on a salad to be grilled and at least warm but this chicken is cold. It's just my preference, probably will not be a concern to anyone else. Killer desserts. A berry cheesecake that is dense and decadent. Key lime pie is a must have, an unbelievable flavor bomb. She goes out of her way to help you enjoy your experience here. Super friendly and personable.
