My husband and I visited the Kolache factory both Saturday and Sunday and the food was amazing! But not all the staff had a good attitude, The young lady Dru who also answered to cora when her coworker called her name was VERY rude. On Saturday i came in and got a bit of food that I assume they needed for drive-thru “dru” got mad and I over heard her say into her headset “i’m so sorry this lady inside just ordered that instead of calling ahead as always”. I didn’t like that one bit and this isn’t the first time she has mentioned something like that or been rude when i come in to order my food. Something has to be done about that. Over all i can say the rest of the staff was GREAT Elizabeth was so energetic, Maikla greeted us as soon as we walked into the restaurant. Ms.keoha who may just be my favorite was very helpful Saturday although i could tell she wasn’t having a good day her customer service was still great she even got me to join the rewards after i’ve said no in the past several times. Because of the friendliness from most of the coworkers I will always come back for meal at the Kolache Factory!Vegetarian options: Egg and CheeseKid-friendliness: I was behind a family and all the staff greeted the children
