I am sitting outside with a mask and the closest person is further than 12 feet away. I didn’t really want to come but my wife insisted that I eat something (We do have different hotel rooms). I am being treated like a leper. I requested calamari and suddenly there was none as the waiter scurried away and I informed him that I WAS GOING TO EAT. He came back with the menu. I requested mozzarella fried sticks and found they were the most insipid food that I could recall going several years. There were 5 sticks and I ate half, my first food in three days. STAY AWAY.

After arriving the evening before and waking up early due to jet lag, this was a nice spot to have coffee and an omelette and watch the world wake up. The waiter was great, letting me practice my french and telling me 'I was doing great ' (wanted a better tip I think... . Food was fine, the coffee was hot and just right. Slightly pricey I thought, but I was soon to learn that the prices were in line with everything else, Paris is not a cheap destination. Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and would go back again if in the neighborhood.
