Weiterlesen The drive through microphone is terrible and the staff take forever to take your order. They often make mistakes in the orders. Today I ordered a burger with no mayo and no sauce and it came swimming in a sauce. I ordered 4 pieces and got 2. These mistakes happen every second time my family and I visit. I followed up when I got home and was told that I was a liar about what I ordered and what I received. I was eventually offered a chips as compensation but that I would have to drive all the way back to the store or place an online order with an unwritten promise of being refunded the difference. I strongly recommend that you avoid this store. The experience is always awful, the staff are poorly trained or performing and they often fail to give you the food you have paid for. When you complain about the above you get insulted and very little effort to make it right. Edit: I followed up using the form linked in the reply to this and there has been zero contact in a week. So in reality it 's a completely empty gesture by the account that comments after all the complaints. The worst restaurant in Sydney is backed by the worst customer service department in Australia.
