Weiterlesen We stumbled across this small restaurant for lunch one day and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! We liked it so much we came back for dinner another night. Although their speciality is steak we all had wonderful pasta dishes. The staff doesn't speak much English but it was enough, with our broken Italian, to communicate well enough. We had a liter of house red for 10 Euro which seemed very reasonable. For 4 of us with appetizers, main course and dessert plus the wine it was only about 20 Euro per person.

Inside the restaurant, you 'll find yourself on one of the floors of a small house eating in an elegant setting. I enjoyed the food not only because it was delicious, but also because of its beautiful presentation and how it seemed more innovative than most italian restaurants. I tried the mezza manica con ragù di coda di fassona piemontese and definitely recommend it!

It was crowded for lunch, and we were lucky to snag the last table available. The service was pleasant and welcoming from the get-go, and the host (owner? was kind enough to patiently translate the entire Italian menu to English for us. He was also very good with our kids, they got their specially made kid's pasta and allowed them to play at the blackboard (meant to list out wines! while we ate. The meal was satisfying as per a quintessential Italian bistro. We ordered a variety of appetisers to share, portions were big! So were the main courses (each of us ordered a different main: rabbit, cod, wild boar, guinea fowl , which we also enjoyed. The wine list is commendable, the outlet is a wine lover's haven!

Weiterlesen My family came to dinner 2 adults and our 4 children, even tho they were underaffected by the service and food was amazing...Dakota was our server (the only server actually tonight) he was very friendly and still attentive to all guests, even he was alone out there. I don't know the name of the cook, but our food was extraordinary. We don't eat much, but in any case the 1 hour drive will come back to this place!

We’ve already stayed here for 1 and half hours, only three dishes are served, and some of them are wrong that we didn’t ordered. The service attitude is incredibly poor. It should have been a happy lunch with friend but the restaurant totally ruins it. I write in English is in order to let more people to read. It’s even not a matter of service attitude. Our neighbor table and we came at the same time, now they’ve already finished, and we’re still eating the ‘starter’. Is it discrimination because we are Chinese people? Actually some staff working in this restaurant are Chinese. As customers from Asia we cannot feel any kindness from them. It ruins our weekend and is wasting our time.
