Weiterlesen As we walked in two old men where speaking about excrement and toilet matter got greeted by the bar man to be turned away and too be discriminated against as I’m 16 with my mother and father doesn’t sign post anywhere that 16 and unders weren’t allowed this was a terrible experience and this pub will never have the pleasure of our company, business or money i recommend steering clear of this unwelcoming environment didn’t even have the chance to ask for a soft drink menu felt ill and uncomfortable upon walking through the door do not take youre family there this was early afternoon absolutely vile

Weiterlesen This was a birthday treat for me during lockdown. My husband's meal of fried beef with green pepper and black bean sauce, was ok, but my sweet and sour chicken balls was awful. I don't know know how they made the batter, but it was half an inch thick, rubbery and uneatable, so all I could do was to cut out the small pieces of chicken and leave the rest.. the sweet and sour sauce was very sickly. I expect it came out of a massive tin of the stuff. No vegetables with that dish, so I was left feeling that I'd eaten something really bad for me. What a shame. Happy birthday to me!.

Weiterlesen Whilst on holiday in Devon we were fortunate enough to call in at the Old Station House, Blackmoor Gate, Devon EX31 4NW. Excellent meal, quality service and reasonable prices. We paid a further visit on another evening and weren't disappointed. If you are in this area of North Devon I would highly recommend this eating establishment.
