We came here on Thursday at lunch time, keen to try their unique creations. The ambience in the cafe was great, with comfortable tables and booths and decor and the staff at the cafe were welcoming – the store manager in particular was super friendly. We tried their savoury and sweet dishes, read on for our full review!

We had heard great things about this cafe and have been here twice and will share what we ordered on both visits. <br/ <br/ On the first visit, we ordered the Viet skewer chicken burger with mixed lettuce, papaya, grain and seeds and aioli on a housemade charcoal brioche. I got the side of chips instead of salad because #treatyoself. The chicken was tender and full of flavour and went nicely with the sweet papaya and aioli sauce. To be honest, I did not feel like this dish had a lot of Vietnamese elements except for the papaya, it tasted mostly like a standard chicken burger, but was still nice and tasty!

We had walked past many times before and one Saturday night we decided to drop in and give the restaurant a try. To start we ordered the Antipasto all’ Italiana that consisted of a range of both hot and cold antipasto dishes; mini arancini, fried calamari, fried mozzarella, salami and prosciutto, Italian cheese and marinated capsicum, zucchini, artichoke, olives, eggplant and onion. This was a great way to whet the appetite. The variety was huge and the crispy yet soft texture of the fried mozzarella was a winner in particular.

Weiterlesen Call Me Harris is an outdoor café located by the pier in Pyrmont. It is a hidden gem, tucked away right by the water and its perfect for lazy brunches on long summer days. I made the most of the warmer weather and came here for brunch with some friends. We started with a Selection of sodas, iced teas and juices. The drinks here are beautifully presented and refreshing.

I have always loved this place and there are a few new menu items so I decided to check out their Surry Hills store one day for a casual lunch. We ordered a few dishes to share. The first was the Tzimmy lamb classic pita with lamb, tomato, chips, tzatziki, onion and paprika. I loved the idea of chips in a pita and this was delicious, the lamb was roasted to perfection and the paprika added a nice flavour.

I am not usually a huge fan of Indian cuisine because I cant handle spices but I had heard great things about this place so was keen to try it out for dinner one night!. To start the night off, we ordered the Masala platter with keema samosa, chicken tikka, and fish tikka. This is their signature entree dish and it did not disappoint. The keema samosa was stuffed with lamb and spices and was delicious however my favourite was the chicken tikka, it was perfectly marinated and the meat was so tender.

It combines the goodness of Belle’s Hot Fried Chicken, Super Taco, and Mr Burger in a ginormous venue and adds two wide bars for good measure. We were fortunate enough to attend a party hosted by the venue and will share the experience of sampling the food and drinks on offer.

They offer a fantastic view of Darling Harbour and the ambiance and décor reminds me is always alive and full of energy. We came here for dinner one warm summer night, keen to try their dishes.

I came along twice to try out some of their latest deals and classic dishes. And will share those two experiences here. I came here for dinner one night when I was too tired to cook myself and in the mood for some chicken. They were running the WTF deal, where you could get a quarter chicken (I chose a hot basting , three meatballs with a yogurt sauce, a regular side (I got peri peri chips, because how can you not! , and a cheesy garlic pita. This was a decent amount of meat and I really liked the sauce that covered the meatballs.
