Weiterlesen We were extremely disappointed with the Grand Buffet the Fallsview Casino which we visited on January 5, 2023. Our first clue should have been the lack of any guests lined up to seated at the buffet. We had eaten this buffet many times before covid-19 and there were always guests lined up to be seated. The selection of food had been substantially reduced from our previous visits. For example, there were no Greek offerings such as grape leaves, hummus, lamb stew, pita bread or tabouli. The selection of seafood was dismal and the salmon was offered was dry and tasteless. There was very little to no chicken in the General Tso 's chicken entree. It was mostly sauce that contained corn starch or some other ingredient that was used to thicken the sauce and had congealed into lumps. The ribs were dry, not succulent and tasty. The $49.95 per person charge was insulting given the quality and selection of food from which we had to choose. The Grand Buffet this time was definitely anything but Grand !

The experience with the staff was unpleasant- the women working did not have good customer service on the phone or in person at pick up. The burgers were overcooked and the food was average. Will not be recommending in the future based on interaction alone. Disappointed in the service especially during a time where all other local businesses have shown so much appreciation to customers.

Delivery took about 50min from time of ordering. Price was reasonable and no delivery fee which was nice. I enjoyed the pizza but the fried Mac and cheese wasn'... Overall a decent value and would order here again.

Eating was good, especially fried options, but if you are in the mood for quality comfort food, I would recommend this place. Great service and friendly staff.... We live in the western NC and always come back at least once on each of our trips to the coast.
