Came 10 mins before they close which is posted as midnight online for all locations in town. Was told that they are closed and the machines are off. Normally lobby lights and the main road light are off when closed, to actually show they are closed. so pretty sure they just didn’t want to have to do make anything close to closing. Very disappointed
I went through drive thru a couple of days ago and used a coupon. I noticed that the cashier took my coupon but did not apply it. I return to the restaurant a few days later to get just my coupon refunded but the managers on duty gave me the whole order again free and dropped hot fries. I will return again and the service was great and they apologized for the mix up.
Would leave no stars if possible for this location.Over 4 separate orders we've yet to get sandwiches correct. Not complicated sandwiches either, just asking for a classic roast beef that always ends up with varied sauces on it in the wrong onion bun (like attempted beef n cheddar but they leave off the cheddar... idk what they are attempting). PLUS after the numerous mistakes, I finally called today to speak with the manager and he was unwilling to listen and resolve the issues. We were also over charged and he denied our extra food that was paid for. Plus the wrong sandwiches, again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating at this Arby's, best to drive a few extra minutes to another location.
