Weiterlesen While I went home from work in Vernon Hills, I drove past a bunch of rumors. You turned out more than others, a beautiful juicy burger. In conversation with my SO, we discussed options. We researched the best burger in Mundelien. How we showed up on Google Jake Morans. We wanted to enjoy the beautiful night in September. We noticed that we need gas so we stopped and the cash register was a local and also knew about Jake Moran. We found out that the drinks are top-notch and the Cheeseburger is fire! After hearing that our stomachs are super excited!!! When we arrived, Ceasar greeted us with such joy! We already felt welcome and actually sat at the bar that we usually sat at the tables to search Reddit. Enjoying our Coor's Light and Tito's with Lemons, had their huge screen TV watching the Cubs game for us and we stayed from our phones while we moved with Ceaser and us about creating plans for our new home just in 4 months. We loved to know the staff they really have passion in their food and business!! Our food was given to us when they knew it was the best and the chicken fingers were ON POINT! We didn't have them so long, the ranch was made at home the cripple in the chicken was perfect! Coleslaw was not dry and was the perfect amount of sauce! We had 3 I ate all three! I loved so much! Everything was served at a time we said what ever comes out first. Everybody did. We loved that! We love diversity and usually share our meal. Halvesies! Hey. The Patty Melt I swore in two minutes! The onions were carmelised and small, so you could do a lot versed maybe 5 like normal places! I love charging it! The bread had herbs and was fantastic! Honestly did not want to share you did not ask if we wanted ketchup and mustard and salt and pepper, he simply brought everything and was very attentive. Eric doesn't like salad, tomatoes and onions on his burger, so we're clear. I'll try it anyway. He gave me his half Cheeseburger and my mouth fell in love with the bread it was soft and kept the meat and cheese from fat. (Not a fan of fat) his was medium-well and the juice nice in my mouth made to improve the cheese with the Cheddar. I usually stay away from onion rings because I don't like soggys. Oh, my goodness so crisp and the BEST ONION RING! Eric took 3 and I actually stared him like Nnnooooooooooooooooooo! Lol Then I remembered (not him) that we can come back! Give us the best looking pickles I've ever seen! Oh, my goodness 5/5 beautiful atmosphere with and locally that we support more than chains. We both work for local small businesses and find it on the first shot really surprised us! I want to go back for Patty Melt! Please pick one and the frits are not soggy. Which one who doesn't love? Hehe When we checked the game, the cook began to tell us about his chili they did for tomorrow. I loved the pieces of paprika and tomatoes instead of thick chili! I enjoy not being soup paste. 5/5 Chili man! Well done! All loved the experience as soon as we opened the door to leave full with a special chili spices to talk in the car about how autumn is here and how we can make so many soups! I went to order 2 smoothies with tapioca. They didn't seem busy but rushed me to give them my order. Then Told me it would be 10 to 15 min. When I got home I sa... Weiterlesen I went to order 2 smoothies with tapioca. They didn't seem busy but rushed me to give them my order. Then Told me it would be 10 to 15 min. When I got home I saw they over charged me, the price on the menu was a lot different from what they charged me. I then realized no tapioca in my drink. I called back and put me on hold for over 5 min. When they finally answered they hung up. I called again and they told me to go back so they can give me the tapioca in a separate container. I was not going to return just tapioca. When I live 30 min away. Will never go back. Lost a customer for sure.

The owner is very nice and attentive too which you don't often see in any restaurant especially one as large as this. The only issue I have is when I made the reservation on Open Table I specified it was a birthday dinner. Upon arrival, before our guests arrived, the hostess and owner stated it was a birthday dinner. They failed to tell our server who did nothing for our guest whose birthday it was. We were disappointed and I phoned the owner when we got home. He stated that we should have told them when we arrived. What a comment. They told us when we arrived but dropped the ball, so to speak, by not telling the server
