There were 10 people at the restaurant, and we still had to wait over 30...min for drinks and 45 min for food. We both wanted the prawn fettuccine, but only one serve was available. I was excited as this dish contained black garlic, but when the dish came out, there was no black garlic. After ordering my sirloin steak, we were told 20 minutes later that this was unavailable. Luckily my second choice of barramundi was delicious. My boyfriend's pork belly was burnt. Our truffle parmesan fries came without truffle. The waitress was also very rude and made it very clear that she didn't want to be working. The couple next to us also had the same issue with the delay in their food and drinks, so we didn't feel as bad as we weren't the only ones. I have to agree with the other reviews. I'm not sure if there was a chef in the kitchen, and i'm baffled why there was only one floor staff member! On a Saturday night, you'd expect the kitchen to be fully stocked, and the staff to be attentive. This was clearly not the case. We couldn't be bothered with dessert as we didn't want to be disappointed. My advice, leave the hotel and go find a nice restaurant in the city and have a proper meal.
